Contributions to and participation in the conference can take several forms, in French or English:

PROPOSE A THEMATIC WORKSHOP

The AIRMAP conference is organized into workshops. Around fifteen workshops are planned:

  • either specific to the general theme and context of the conference,
  • or more generic around the general themes of public management and public action.

Workshop proposals must include:

  • a workshop title,
  • the workshop facilitator(s) (with their email contact details). They must be doctors and the number cannot exceed 4;
  • the topics or questions covered in the workshop;
  • the types of contributions expected;
  • bibliographic references;

Workshop proposals should be sent to the conference organizers no later than November 30, 2023 to the following address: colloque.amiens2024@airmap.fr

SUBMITTING A COMMUNICATION INTENTION

Communication intentions must be sent in the form of an extended summary of 800 to 1,500 words maximum (i.e. approximately 4,500 characters to 8,700 characters) including:

  • The title of the communication,
  • The author(s) (with their email details),
  • The issues of the subject,
  • The problem and research questions,
  • Theoretical positioning,
  • The research methodology,
  • The main results (expected or obtained),
  • Bibliographic references.

Communications intentions can be written in French or English. They must be submitted no later than February 20, 2024 on the conference website https://airmap2024.sciencesconf.org. (operational from December 15, 2023), my space my submission

The complete text of around twenty pages (40,000 characters maximum) must be submitted no later than May 12, 2024 on https://airmap2024.sciencesconf.org

SUBMIT A PAPER TO A THEMATIC WORKSHOP

Once your intention for communication has been accepted, the full text of around twenty pages (maximum 40,000 characters) must be submitted no later than 12 May 2024 to https://airmap2024.sciencesconf.org.

The document to be submitted must be entitled as follows AUTORNAME airmap2024.pdf

Proposed papers must not have been published by the date of submission. If a submission to a journal is in progress at the time of submission to the conference, this must be specified in a footnote attached to the title of the paper. If the papers have been presented, in part, at previous colloquia, conferences or research days, this should also be indicated in a footnote to the title of the paper, identifying the contexts in which they were presented (nature of the event, venue, date).

A prize for the best paper will be awarded at the conference.

Valuation

Several types of use are envisaged for the papers. After selection by the conference scientific committee, some papers may be submitted for publication in the following journals, depending on their editorial policies:

  • International Management (FNEGE 2, HCERES A),
  • Gestion et Management Public (FNEGE 2, HCERES B),
  • Politiques et Management Public (FNEGE 3, HCERES C),
  • Gestion 2000 (FNEGE 3, HCERES C),
  • Recherche et Cas en Sciences de Gestion (FNEGE 4, HCERES C),
  • Communication et Management (FNEGE 4, HCERES C),
  • Revue Française d'Administration Publique (HCERES C).

COMMUNICATION IN A DOCTORAL WORKSHOP

Intentions for communications in a doctoral workshop must be sent in the form of a summary of 4,500 characters including:

  • The title of the communication,
  • The author (with his email address),
  • The subject of the thesis,
  • The doctoral project and its challenges,
  • The problem and research questions,
  • Theoretical positioning,
  • The research methodology,
  • The main results already obtained or expected,
  • Bibliographic references.

Communication intentions for doctoral workshops can be written in French or English.

They must be submitted no later than February 20, 2024 on the conference website. https://airmap2024.sciencesconf.org/. The complete text of around twenty pages (40,000 characters maximum) must be submitted no later than May 12, 2024 on https://airmap2024.sciencesconf.org

PROPOSAL FOR A SYMPOSIUM OR ROUND TABLE

The AIRMAP conference will offer plenary sessions as well as semi-plenaries and symposia. Proposals for organizing a symposium must include:

  • A general title,
  • The subjects or questions addressed during the symposium, accompanied by an argument,
  • The presenter(s) of the symposium,
  • Speakers expected at the symposium.

Symposium proposals should be sent to the conference organizers no later than February 20, 2024 to the following address: colloque.amiens2024@airmap.fr

PARTICIPATION TO THE AIRMAP 2024 THESIS PRIZEN

The AIRMAP 2024 Best Thesis Prize will be awarded during the Amiens conference. All information on the regulations and the application procedure are available at this address: http://www.airmap.fr/fr/activites/prix-de-these-airmap/ The deadline for sending applications is the 5 February 2024.

ATTEND THE CONFERENCE

It is possible to take part in the exchanges and discussions of the conference without communicating. The conference aims to bring together researchers from different scientific disciplines, as well as practitioners, particularly from the public sector (public managers, consultants, etc.).
